We’ve decided to stop for a moment, the way you do in a shop when the shelves need sorting before a new season. When we reopen, I want you to find a clearer website, someone ready to answer you in the chat and a catalogue we’ve reviewed product by product. In the meantime the door is open: come in and take your time.

Together with our producers, we’re taking a fresh look at the journey of each product: where it comes from, how it’s packed and how it travels to you. The work has only just begun, and we’ll tell you what changes once it’s done.
