Certified organic. It crystallizes spontaneously a few months after harvest, becoming a color tending to white. Delicate flavor with a vegetal note. Excellent table honey. As a sweetener, it has little influence on the flavor of the foods to which it is added. It is attributed with laxative and diuretic properties.
