Our long-life products have a shelf life of 12-24 months from production. The exact date is on every package. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Sealed and intact food products can be returned within 14 days, and returns are completely free of charge for the customer. Opened or perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For damaged items, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Why choose it: The liqueur that tells the story of inland Sicily: wild thistle (Silybum marianum) grows spontaneously among mid-hill pastures, traditionally used as a digestif and liver protector. This liqueur captures its bitter-vegetable character in purity, without excessive sweetening.
Aromatic profile: Clear light amber colour. On the nose intense herbal notes, almost fresh hay, with a slightly minty touch. In the mouth the bitterness is vegetal and decisive, drier than artichoke amaro, with a clean, dry finish. An amaro for those who appreciate the rustic character of rural Sicily.
How to drink it: Traditional: room temperature, 30-40 ml in an amaro glass, end of meal. With ice and lemon zest: summer after-lunch version. Mixed with bitter soda and orange zest: a different bitter-citrus aperitif. Also perfect on pistachio ice cream — two vegetable bitters that enhance each other.
