Why is this honey unlike any other?

It comes from mountain chestnut woods and wins over even people who think they don't like honey. It stays liquid for a long time and comes in four sizes, from a 100 g jar to try it to a 1 kg jar for the kitchen.

Just 1ingredient: chestnut blossom honey
Taste. Intense, tannic and bittersweet, with notes of wood and dried fruit. Very dark amber, almost brown; stays liquid for a long time.
Chef's tips

Serving and pairing ideas

  • With blue and aged cheeses: its bitterness balances the salt.

  • On roast meats and game: a thin glaze at the end of cooking.

  • Over fior di latte ice cream or ricotta: for a dessert that never cloys.
