Pistho's creamy spreads are nut creams, pistachio, hazelnut and almond, plus a lemon cream for baking. Every page gives the nut percentage and the full list of ingredients, and the Pisthò-branded creams contain no palm oil.
Pistachio, hazelnut, almond
The pistachio cream, with 20% pistachio and milk, is sweet and velvety, made for breakfast and for filling croissants. The hazelnut cream (35% hazelnuts) and the almond cream (43% almonds) have four ingredients, no milk and no added flavourings: they are made in Gagliano Castelferrato, in inland Sicily, in 100 g jars.
The lemon cream
Soft and fragrant with fresh lemon, the lemon cream fills crêpes, choux buns and tartlets with no custard to cook. In a 210 g jar for home baking and a 100 g jar to try it at breakfast.
